Louisiana's Choice Crawfish

          We are suppliers of large and select farm raised crawfish in South Louisiana. We supply only restaurants and stores and only in the months of January through May.

          All of our crawfish are farm raised in our privately owned ponds, which we fish five days a week. Carefully selected for their size and quality our crawfish are hand cleaned and packaged into sacks weighing approximately thirty two pounds each. All of our crawfish reach their destination chilled, but lively in a refrigerated truck.

          Prices vary according to size and change from season to season. Once a set season price has been agreed on you can rest assured your business will receive the highest quality product on a regular schedule all season long.
